Today,it was the rain from morning.
But in the afternoon the parasol was necessary.

I found this monument this time with at the Kamogawa of Shizyo.




It is the IZUMO no OKUNI.

She danced Kabuki-odori here in 1603.
That is Kabuki start.
Now, only the man plays Kabuki.

There is Minami-za in this immediately side.

Hello!!!The weather of Kyoto is fine these days, so delicious.
I'm happy and also afraid of that Kyoto's summer is coming.

well I've been living here in Kyoto only 1 month and 24 days.
But already 9 friends of mine came to my house from Tokyo.
Maybe I'll become the good guide for one year after.

As other member wrote here, Kyoto Gyoen is really warm place for students of Doshisha University and also all people.
One day,some place is opened and everyday I found new place where I didn't know.

Meeting and duck, at the Kamo stream

Day became very long.
May is already summer.

Present class advanced story with the teacher + 5 people.

We should prepare podcast gradually.
Therefore it tried using iMovie.

KYOTO-famous-water STORY@SOMEI

We collected information of SOMEI, is a KYOTO-famous well at NASINOKI Shinto-shrine.

NASINOKI Shinto-shrine & SOMEI
NASINOKI shrine is in the KYOTO Imperial palace. It enshrine “Sanetumu-Sanjo” and “Sanetomi-Sanjo”, are great noblemen. The shrine which named “NASINOKI” is the only of Japan. Then shrines enshrine noblemen are rarely. dyeing-well in Japan, is derived from that there is place for dyeing near th
The name of SOMEI, means e shrine, but it is not obvious.

NASINOKI shrine take place tea-ceremony of Japanese-style periodically. This tea-ceremony follow for about 50 years, and has about 200 collars in a day.
And then, it’s able to take place the wedding, is about five times monthly.　A season of recommendation for the wedding at the shrine is autumn.

Water of SOMEI is not for drinking!?
At first we thought to try to drink and compare it with other water. But after that we knew water of SOMEI is not for drinking!! Water of SOMEI is primarily for purifying, not drinking. Moreover nobody knows why SOMEI is KYOTO-famous and who decide SOMEI is KYOTO-famous.
A stuff of NASINOKI shrine don’t even know them. Therefore SOMEI which is used for purifying is best. If you will go to SOMEI, please consider these.

Right how to purifying
1. At first, have a dipper by the right hand and wash the left hand.
2. Shift it to the left hand and wash the right hand.
3. Shift it to the right hand again and pour the left hand water and gargle with the water.
4. At last, do the dipper lengthwise for washing the dipper’s handle.

This is right how to purifying by SOMEI. Needless to say, you can use this method at other Shinto shrines. Please purify you by this method when you go to Shinto-shrine next time. If you dose that, you must be popular！

And, I't is a joke that I am a fashion leader!

Well,today was the day of Aoi festival.

Are you get there?

Everybody call there is "Kyoto Gosyo",but "Kyoto Gosyo"is a building in the Kyoto Gyoen.

I go to school through Gose which is a starting point of the Aoi Festival every day.

We will introduce Kyoto from other country’s people’s point of view.

And we will go to interview two of famous water veins because we would like to introduce three famous water veins in Kyoto to you.
We will update articles about three famous water veins in Kyoto.
On May 15, Aoi festival will take place.
Aoi festival is really famous.
A woman plays princess who there was a long time ago as there were samurai.
She is really beautiful.

NASHINOKI-Shrine

Holiday ended at today...

Today the rain fell,

We went to interview for the first time at NASHINOKI.

That is the university soon.

GUJI（=the chief priest of Shinto shrine)
His story was interesting .

Including also the Kyoto history and the geography,
I was the feeling which receives class.

And we observed to the tea room and the NOH stage.

"Method of correct purification"
It tried doing lastly, and we paid homage at a shrine.

We write the report of the continuation afterwards.
Let me finish my report with this.
